Here is where you will find a wonderful collection of vintage doll and craft patterns.  Patterns are organized by their size and some of them by the dolls they advertised.  You will receive full size photocopies from old outdated patterns. that are ready to cut & sew.  Patterns will be sent to you in a  poly bag & a color copy of the pattern front is included. They are copied on 11x 17 paper.  (In cases where the pattern pieces are too large to be copied onto one sheet of paper the pattern is then copied in sections, you will need to assemble before cutting fabric.)
